Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
• Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies quickly
• Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
• Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
