Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through online chat
• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, technical support, and product information
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
• Reliable and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively through written chat
• Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be eligible to work in the US
