About the position
The Social Media Strategy & Activation Manager III at Disney Experiences will lead segments within the in-house paid Social Media Strategy & Activation team, focusing on enhancing the digital marketing efforts for Disney Parks. This role emphasizes team leadership, innovation in social media strategies, and collaboration across various departments to optimize performance and drive results.
Responsibilities
? Lead paid social strategy for key segments within Parks and Resorts
,
? Improve dynamic strategies within social platforms
,
? Support team in influencing organization to adhere to social best practices
,
? Lead conversations to drive innovation across analytics and testing
,
? Owner of key social media activation platform tools including future partnership additions
,
? Work with teams to identify and design (or use 3rd party) tools to improve efficiency
,
? Partner across teams, organizations, and companies (media partners and agency) to improve overall technical setup and inter-departmental workflow
Requirements
? 7+ years digital marketing experience
,
? Ability to guide direct reports to technical and personal growth
,
? Extensive experience with social media platforms and related tools
,
? Understanding of holistic business trends and the impacts of these trends in the digital and social space
,
? Strong grasp on how to develop holistic paid social strategies
,
? Comfort with high level of autonomy
,
? Familiarity and ability to maximize team's use of work management platforms such as Workfront, Smart Sheets, etc.
