Position Purpose:

To connect potential clients to the correct Rosecrance services and resources. Perform duties and other miscellaneous tasks. Backup for receptionist when needed.

Job Requirements: ? High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience ? Minimum of one year of previous switchboard experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Qualifications: ? General Customer Service and switchboard experience preferred ? Working knowledge of addiction treatment preferred

Essential Responsibilities: ? Answer all incoming calls from the main line, greet callers, obtain and provide information through a set of predetermined questions, transfer calls to appropriate parties and/or take messages. ? Open new client inquiries in Avatar, and connect with proper Access department or front desk. ? Handled incoming faxes through opening inquiries, scanning in and distributing to proper staff or department. ? Work with access team to ensure calls for service are answered in a timely and professional manner. ? Serve as a member of the team, and participate in all team meetings, duties and activities as assigned. ? Exhibits actions and makes decisions that align with the Rosecrance Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law. ? Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and expectations of Rosecrance. ? Demonstrates strong customer service skills that incorporate the 5 tenets of the Rosecrance Way into daily practices and interactions with all stakeholders. ? Serve as a role model to others and demonstrate excellent company stewardship.

Compensation & Rewards
? Starting Pay 19.21/hr (based on education, experience, and credentials)

Shift: Sunday-Thursday 830-5 1130-8 (Mon-Thurs)

Work Location: Rosecrance Health Network- Mulford Road Rockford, IL. (with potential remote if located in IL, IA, WI)
