Job Description:

As a Call Center Sales Agent for UCMG powered by AT&T, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging with customers over the phone to promote and sell our telecommunications products and services. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while driving sales and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: ? Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to UCMG POWERED BY AT&T?s products and services, including mobile plans, and internet. ? Sales Presentation: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of UCMG POWERED BY AT&T?s offerings, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each customer. ? Lead Generation: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during customer interactions, contributing to overall sales growth. ? Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient enrollment... experience. ? Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues promptly, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. ? Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the call center. ? Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system. ? Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.

Qualifications: ? Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment, is preferred but not required. A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus! ? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively. ? Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving sales goals. ? Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. ? Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting to changing customer needs and company policies. ? Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Hours of Operation: 9 am - 9 pm (CST) / 7 days a week
