Job Title: Call center representative

(6 month contract )

Location: Arlington, Virginia (Local candidates only for equipment pickup)

Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)

2 Weeks Training onsite in Arlington, VA - 9am-6pm (Monday- Friday)

? Process child care fee assistance applications promptly.
? Enter client data into the database.
? Determine applicant eligibility based on program requirements.
? Assist applicants in choosing child care options and verify provider qualifications.
? Distribute program information and required documents to child care providers.
? Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
? Maintain professional and respectful relationships with clients.
? Uphold high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00
