Necessary Experience/Skills:
? 1+ year of customer service experience
? Must have at least high school diploma/GED or equivalent
? Typing Speed
? Wired internet connect for remote workplace

A Day in the Role:
? Provide premium service and build relationships with customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.
? Discuss logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product and warranty questions.
? Ensure customers issues are resolved in timely manner.
