What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle inbound calls for insurance filing and route callers to the appropriate team member
• Utilize the Beyond system to cross-reference insurance information on repeat damagers
• Enter and update insurance information accurately in the Beyond system
• Engage in extensive phone usage to file claims and determine appropriate claim codes
• Assist supervisors and team members with tasks as requested

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Extensive phone skills and ability to interact positively with customers
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with claims analysis and reporting processes
• Proven track record of punctuality and excellent attendance
