Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Center Agent to join our team at AT&T on a part-time basis for under 4 hours a day in Cheyenne. A competitive hourly wage is offered along with added benefits such as Health and Dental Insurance, Paid Training, and Paid Vacations.

Job Description:

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty. We provide a fast-paced, upbeat, result-driven atmosphere. We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, team-oriented individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

– Direct customers to online resources

– Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions

– Pitch ideas for improving customer care

– Create and maintain reports about customer interactions

– Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes

– Stay informed about company offerings

– Remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Requirements:

– Strong communication and problem-solving skills

– Ability to multitask

– High school diploma or equivalent

– More education or experience may be preferred

– Ability to remain patient and polite, especially during stressful situations

– Strong time management and organizational skills

Educational Qualifications:

– High school diploma or GED required

– Prior experience in a customer service role is greatly valued but not necessary as training will be provided
