Cabin Safety Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cabin Safety Specialist to join Delta Airlines. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, with a salary range of $65,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience. The working hours are flexible, primarily during weekdays, with occasional weekends and holidays. This position is based in Atlanta, GA. Job Description
As a Cabin Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety protocols and compliance standards are met on all Delta Airlines flights. You will work closely with flight crews and operational teams to uphold the highest standards of cabin safety. Your expertise will play a critical role in enhancing passenger safety and ensuring a smooth operational experience.
Responsibilities
– Develop, implement, and monitor cabin safety protocols and procedures.
– Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with FAA and internal standards.
– Collaborate with the training department to create and deliver safety training programs for cabin crew members.
– Analyze safety-related data and report findings to management.
– Serve as a resource for cabin crew regarding safety protocols and emergency procedures.
– Assist in the development of safety-related communication materials.
Requirements
– Strong understanding of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
Educational Qualifications
– Bachelor? degree in Aviation Safety, Emergency Management, or related field preferred.
Experience
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation safety, flight operations, or cabin crew management.
– Prior experience in a safety specialist role within the airline industry is highly desirable.
