Job Description:

Delta Airlines is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew Specialists. As a Cabin Crew Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers on board.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating passenger needs and addressing concerns.
  • Conduct pre-flight briefings and safety demonstrations.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning.
  • Manage in-flight services including meal and beverage distribution.
  • Respond to emergency situations with calmness and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with fellow crew members to maintain a positive and efficient cabin environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform safety-related functions.
  • Possess a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. A college degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable but not required. We welcome motivated candidates who are willing to learn and grow within our company.
