Business Intelligence Data Analyst

We?re seeking a dynamic Data Analytics professional who combines strong technical capabilities with data storytelling expertise to join our team. This role requires deep technical skills in data processing and visualization, along with the ability to transform complex analyses into compelling business narratives. The ideal candidate will excel at data manipulation, statistical analysis, and dashboard development, while also being able to craft clear data stories that drive decision-making. You will be responsible for the end-to-end analytics process - from data cleaning and transformation through to creating intuitive visualizations and presenting insights to stakeholders. Key aspects of the role include designing data cleaning procedures, developing standardized transformation processes, building interactive dashboards, and crafting clear narratives from complex datasets. You will work closely with our data engineering team to ensure data quality and accessibility, while creating visualization solutions that both inform and engage our business stakeholders. Responsibilities: ? Lead end-to-end dashboard development projects, from initial stakeholder engagement through deployment and maintenance ? Independently assess and document data quality across our platform solutions, including career site behavior, CRM, and virtual events engagement ? Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations that transform complex data into actionable business insights ? Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data processes, analytical methodologies, and dashboard functionality ? Proactively identify opportunities for data integration and enrichment, including evaluation of third-party data sources and API integrations ? Drive the development of standardized reporting processes and best practices for data visualization ? Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and ensure deliverables meet business needs ? Develop and maintain benchmark analyses, combining proprietary platform data with external market data ? Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Gen AI solutions) that could enhance our data visualization and analysis capabilities ? Partner with data engineering teams to optimize data collection, processing, and integration processes ? Provide regular status updates and proactively communicate project risks or blockers. As part of our Innovation Labs team, you'll have the opportunity to explore and test new approaches to data analysis and visualization. The role requires not just technical expertise and storytelling ability, but also the creativity to look at problems from multiple angles, form and test hypotheses, and experiment with novel solutions. You'll be encouraged to think beyond traditional analytics approaches, exploring new technologies and methodologies while maintaining a rigorous approach to data quality and accuracy. Qualifications: ? Degree in an analytical field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, marketing analytics, data analytics, computer science, etc.) or equivalent practical experience ? 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, talent intelligence, or a related analytical role, with demonstrated expertise in: ? End-to-end dashboard development and deployment ? Independent project management and delivery ? Stakeholder requirement gathering and documentation ? Data cleaning, transformation, and analysis ? Portfolio demonstrating data visualization and dashboard projects ? Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation ? Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Sigma, Power BI) with examples of deployed solutions ? Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R, with demonstrated practical application ? BigQuery experience ? Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements ? Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously ? The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including, but not limited to, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
