About this role: Wells Fargo is embarking on a multiyear transformation journey aimed at end-to-end modernization of Wires Payment systems across Wholesale and Consumer banking. We are seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager-Payments Transformation with deep expertise in transformation, payment products, operations and technology to solve key strategic problems associated with the Payments Transformation effort. Success in this role will enable faster delivery of the program?s objectives, which include a stronger risk and controls environment, operational efficiencies, and increased customer satisfaction and self-service opportunities. This role will report into the Director of Payments Transformation and will partner closely with the Director of Enterprise Wires Operations and the Control Management Director. This role is also known as a Business Execution Senior Manager In this role, you will: Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful... planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy Work location: Charlotte, North Carolina *Required work location listed above Required Qualifications: 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years Management experience Desired Qualifications: 4+ years of payments or wires experience preferred 4+ years of financial services or management consulting experience Previous change management or process improvement experience Demonstrated experience designing and leading cross-enterprise projects. Technology projects experience highly desired Knowledge and understanding of operational risk management Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations Experience providing direction and oversight to cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals across large complex organizations Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 20% of the time Pay Range: $120,400-$250,000 Pay may vary based on geographic location Wells Fargo provides all eligible full- and part-time employees with a comprehensive set of benefits designed to protect their physical and financial health and to help them make the most of their financial future.
