Are you a driven and enthusiastic individual ready to kickstart a career in tech sales? We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team! As a BDR, you'll play a key role in expanding our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential clients. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a growing startup and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate meetings with sales executives, and keep track of all activities in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate new leads and set up qualified meetings.
Research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed information on leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies and share valuable insights.
Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly goals for lead generation, qualified meetings, and other key performance metrics.
Participate in regular training to enhance your product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry understanding.
What You Bring
5 years of experience in BDR/Sales roles
Proven leadership skills with a willingness to mentor fellow BDRs
Strong understanding of the sales process from marketing to prospecting, cold calling, and handoff to sales
Ability to clearly articulate value propositions and persuade prospects
Excellent communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and VP-level executives
Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving products
Passion for startup culture and making a meaningful impact

The base salary range provided represents the low and high end of our salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. This range is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes benefits like PTO, medical coverage, and a bonus plan.
