Our Business Customer Support associates are the voice of Metronet for our business customers. This is an in-bound call center position where you will be answering questions related to billing issues and/or general questions regarding our business services. This is a customer service-focused position where it is necessary to retain information and follow up with customers when needed. A successful candidate would have that customer service mindset as well as strong verbal communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
? Answers business... customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products and reports problem areas.
? Utilizes various systems and tools to assist and service customers.
? Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
? Makes system recommendations based on customers' equipment specifications in accordance with customer?s needs.
? Determines customer billing issues and provides solutions based on customer inquiries.
? All other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: ? High school Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. ? At least 1+ year of related experience in a high-volume call center environment. ? Must be detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow procedures. ? Solid problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills required. ? Proven ability to deescalate or persuade customers using exemplary Customer Service, Initiative, and Problem-Solving competencies.
