About this position: We are looking for an Experienced Professional Bookkeeper, open to 1099 contract position. This position is for those who are not wanting to pursue their own business and grow with our team. Your duties would include assisting with bookkeeping duties across a number of clients, using QuickBooks Online. This position offers you growth-as much as you want to embrace, and freedom to work in line with your own schedule!

This position is an estimate of 15-20 hours on average per week to start.

Starting pay depending on experience: Starting at $20 per hour, depending on experience, with a reevaluation of pay at 90 days

Job Responsibilities: ? Managing accounts receivable - preparing invoices ? Review accounts payable for accuracy and proper approval ? Daily/Weekly Bank Categorizations ? Sales Tax Filings ? Month end quality control ? Assist with bookkeeping cleanups/catch ups ? Ability to work accurately under pressure, exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality ? Sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to follow through ? Works effectively in a team environment through collaboration and partnership ? High level review of financials ? Must be able to effectively multi task and reevaluate priorities throughout the day ? Able to handle stressful situations with ease as they arise ? Resourceful and creative problem solver ? Positive attitude, dependability, professionalism and integrity ? Attend weekly/monthly team meetings via Google Meets every Monday at 9:00am CST ? The ability to meet deadlines! Specific date/time deadlines for certain tasks. i.e. Payroll ? The ability to communicate effectively! Over communicate when needed as we are 100% virtual. ? Attentive to email ? Ability to utilize multiple softwares at one time

Requirements: ? 2+ years of managing multiple clients in QuickBooks Online accounts independently ? QuickBooks Online Certification Required ? Stable/fast/secure (VPN required) internet connection to support Google Meets meetings ? Clear understanding of bookkeeping, coding, reconciliations ? A reliable desktop or laptop computer ? Two Computer Screens Required (phone does not count) ? Quiet workspace for client/team meetings ? Team player and leaderships skills ? Ability to troubleshoot concerns and solve problems, an out of the box thinker ? Must be tech savvy and be able to adapt and learn new software's ? Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
