WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

We have assignments available to help our insurance carrier clients in Billing Services Technician positions. Responsibilities include:
? Provide responsive and timely service to agents / brokers.
? Perform billing support regarding cancellation notices, final cancellations, reinstatements, and rescissions while complying with Federal and state regulations.
? Build strong relationships with agency partners through consistent communications both verbally and in written form.
? Responsible for timely resolution of billing issues by utilizing basic problem-solving skills.
? Assist customers with payment plans related to audits and special circumstances.
? Familiarity with various technology platforms such as Google Workspace Tools, Salesforce, and payment processing software is a plus.

TO BECOME A WORK-AT-HOME VINTAGE EXPERT, WE REQUIRE
? 25 years of full-time work experience
? 10 most recent years of insurance carrier experience
