As a Beverage Delivery Technician, you would also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy products on a regular basis
In a bid to offer superior customer service and maximize sales and volume growth, the Route Sales Driver has the responsibility of selling and distributing products on described routes by making sure that durable customer relationships are developed and maintained. Also, the Route Sales Driver ensures that accounts have product availability by filling beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.
The fundamental obligations that employees must complete to ensure that their organization functions efficiently are essential duties and responsibilities
? Enhance the revenue generation of designated accounts by increasing product sales, optimizing distribution, creating engaging displays and implementing impactful marketing tactics.
? Products are sold and transported to designated customers every day on a consistent basis.
? All accounts must be merchandised and stocked according to the standards of CCBCHC.
? As per the accounts' demands, transfer, modify, and maintain Point of Sale advertising.
? Verify that product, cash, and asset tracking are accurately recorded each day.
? Employing efficient invoicing and collection strategies to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
? Establish connections with account representatives and provide superior customer service to each account by maintaining routine communication, resolving any issues without delay, and ensuring proper follow-up.
? Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of all CCBCHC items and tools in assigned accounts.
? Make sure that the back room is maintained in a neat and orderly manner while effectively managing trade breakage for allocated accounts.
? Perform all vehicle and load inspections as per CCBCHC guidelines to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
? Make certain that CCBCHC's quality assurance standards are upheld in each and every account.
? Creating a danger-free work environment is essential for employee welfare.
? Develop and preserve respectful and supportive relationships with team members and customers.
? Monitor the products, marketing tactics, and revenue metrics of your competitors.
? One should respect, follow, and strengthen all guidelines, regulations, protocols, and operational policies.
? Upholding promises made to customers and colleagues involves fulfilling obligations within the agreed timeframe.

? Competence in handling a cart equipped with two or four wheels.
? Knack in handling and operating multiple types of heavy machinery trucks.
? It is a prerequisite for an applicant to have the capacity to procure a Class A CDL within 90 days of starting in the position.
? The primary prerequisite for this role entails an individual who can competently operate a tractor-trailer requiring a Class A CDL, while remaining compliant with all of the associated CDL requirements and meeting the CCBCHC driving record guidelines.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
? Successful candidates are expected to have completed high school or obtained a GED.
? The position requires at least 1-3 years of general work experience from interested applicants.
? Preferably, candidates should have a background of one year or more in commercial driving.
? Previous experience in working with consumer products or in a grocery store setting can be seen as a positive attribute
? Those who have worked in support positions will be given priority.
Training Requirements: ? New Hire Orientation ? The Company initiates interactive safety training and other vital safety courses. ? Businesses are obligated by law to train their employees on keeping the workplace free from drugs and alcohol every year ? It may be necessary to exhibit one's proficiency in driving a truck.
Physical Demands:
? Work mandates the deployment of corporeal capabilities that involve movement via walking, communicating through talk and active listening, as well as hands-on functionality for handling, touching, and utilizing objects.
? This job calls for a good near-vision and the ability to concentrate intently while operating a computer terminal.
? The role requires that you perform tasks which involve lifting, pushing and pulling items that weigh over 50 pounds and that you're able to stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach habitually.
It is important to ensure that PPE is properly fitted and worn correctly, as any gaps or improper use can compromise its effectiveness

Work Environment:
? The noise level within the workplace can be considered moderate due to the operation of manufacturing and/or warehousing equipment.
? The job requires the applicant to have flexibility in their schedule to travel to other company offices as necessary, representing roughly 10% of their total work time. They will also be expected to attend educational seminars and training sessions, sometimes in other cities.
