The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client's growing sales team. This remote role, based in New York, offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic fintech startup that's reshaping business financial management.

What You'll Do
? Develop a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and personalized outreach
? Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
? Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in the SMB/Mid-Market segment
? Leverage CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline
? Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams, providing regular reports

What You Bring
? 1-2 years of B2B Fintech SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
? Proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the SMB/Mid-Market segment
? Familiarity with technical Fintech, Payments, and SaaS solutions
? Ideally, sales experience with API-first solutions
? Proficiency in CRM and sales software (Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, etc.)
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
? Ability to work from the office in NYC 1 day per week
