The ATT Sales Coach at Clearlink will play a pivotal role as a principled leader dedicated to training and mentoring our inbound sales teams. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing agent performance, providing mentorship, and inspiring agents to elevate their daily performance. Demonstrating a commitment to leading and winning the right way will be integral to your success in shaping and enhancing our business practices. Flexibility in working hours is essential to meet the dynamic needs of this role.

The Impact You Will Make
? Lead and manage a team of remote sales agents in the call center.
? Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies to optimize performance.
? Maintain accessibility to oversee and... influence the entirety of the team?s operations.
? Field calls to set a positive example and establish the desired tone for the team.
? Monitor queues and track inbound calls, keeping agents informed about call metrics.
? Conduct daily meetings with the team to review events, statistics, and industry news. Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback.
? Address questions and comments from the team. Perform weekly monitoring evaluations using a formal checklist with each agent. Keep track of attendance, daily statistics, and goals.
? Present a weekly breakdown of monitoring assignments and team plans to Sales Management.
? Submit monitoring checklists and written performance summaries.
? Create a forecast detailing each agent's focus. Develop a detailed plan to impact the team's day-by-day performance.

What You Bring
? Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred.
? Proven growth mindset: We'll provide training on our sales processes and support your development of new and existing skills. We?re looking for someone who is open to learning and innovative approaches.
? Exceptional communication skills: As you'll be interacting with people throughout the day, the ability to understand their needs is critical for closing sales.
? Ability to work from home with access to a private workspace and reliable home internet.
? Must reside in AZ, AL, NC, UT, ID, TX, or FL.
