Apple Inc. is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as At-Home Service Advisors. In this pivotal role, you will be the friendly voice of Apple, providing top-notch customer service and support through phone and chat interactions. As a part-time At-Home Service Advisor, you will be expected to work under 4 hours per day, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of our customers worldwide.

In this role, you will be an advocate for all Apple products, including hardware and software. You will receive rigorous training and continual coaching to stay abreast of Apple? products and service offerings. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer issues, recommending solutions, and guiding them through corrective steps. You will also be required to document all customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.

**Requirements:**

1. Must reside in the USA and have a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

2. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Strong familiarity with Apple products and related technologies.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

6. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

7. Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Provide timely and accurate customer service via phone, chat, and email.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products.

3. Document detailed notes on customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues.

4. Follow established procedures for handling support queries and escalate when needed.

5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new technologies and product changes.

6. Uphold company values and policies without exception.

7. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance service quality.
