Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking manager who embodies a growth mindset with proven success in all four hats of the community manager role.

Associate Regional Managers are passionate about leadership, driven, self-motivated, charismatic, and organized as they're tasked with wrangling a slew of to-do's both on- and offline, from writing and moderating to party planning and ring leading!

What you'll do:
? Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage local community managers to build relationships through networking, media, marketing campaigns, and events.
? Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with your team, peers, and Yelp HQ. Host weekly engaging and relevant team calls and 1:1's.
? Goal Management: Track and prioritize weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for team members, collaborating with the Senior Regional Lead to set objectives.
? Budget Oversight: Ensure team budgets are managed efficiently and effectively.
? Performance Evaluation: Identify improvement opportunities and provide direct feedback to community managers.
? Partnership Facilitation: Support and drive successful relationships with promotional partners and Elite Events.
? Policy Compliance: Maintain and ensure adherence to community team policies and Yelp procedures.
? Market Transition: Oversee market transitions while maintaining business strategy and needs.
? Growth Opportunities: Spearhead 2-3 projects/committees a year.

What it takes to succeed:
? You have proven success in the community manager role, with overall positive feedback from former managers and cross functional teams.
? You have held a Community Director (or above) title in good standing.
? You lives in a market located in either PST or MT.
? Embrace Challenges: Demonstrate resilience and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles, viewing them as opportunities for growth and improvement.
? Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate the ability to recognize and manage your own emotions and those of others, fostering empathy, effective communication, and conflict resolution to build strong interpersonal relationships.
? Encourage Learning and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team, supporting professional development and encouraging team members to expand their skills and knowledge.
? Feedback-Oriented: Actively seek and provide constructive feedback, using it as a tool for personal and team growth.
? Inspire and Motivate: Lead by example, from writing reviews to seeking feedback. Inspiring team members to adopt a growth mindset and pursue excellence in their roles.

? Compensation range for this position is $79,000 - $132,000 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
