Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. ? 1 year of experience in cyber security in a corporate, academic, or internship environment. ? Experience with networking and OS concepts. ? Ability to work within U.S. Central Time Zone hours Preferred qualifications: ? Certifications related to offensive security including OSCE, OSEP, OSEE, OSCP, CCSAS, CCT INF or relevant SANS courses. ? Experience in four or more of the following: network protocols, threat intelligence analysis, systems and network administration, project management, ActiveDirectory architecture, application development, incident response, source code review, or reverse engineering. ? Experience in creating security tools and understanding underlying programming languages (such as Python, C#, C/C++, Rust, Nim or similar). ? Excellent communication, collaboration, and public speaking skills. About The Job Red Team members are responsible for simulating a wide variety of cyberattacks to help identify and fix weaknesses of an organization's cybersecurity program. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000-$123,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities ? Shadow, support, and ultimately execute offensive technical cyber security engagements of a varied nature. ? Interface with clients to address concerns, issues, or escalations. Track and drive to close any issues that impact the engagements and its value to clients. ? Advise clients on security best practices for remediating discovered issues. ? Collaborate with internal teams to expand capabilities to deliver further value to clients. ? Expand your knowledge and bring that back to the team.
