If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Associate Attorney with expertise in Insurance Defense to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in the field and a commitment to providing top-notch legal support to our clients. This role will involve handling a diverse caseload, working collaboratively with our team, and advocating for our clients in a variety of insurance defense matters.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications
? Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
? Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.
? A minimum of 1-6 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
? Proven experience in discovery, drafting motions, and cross complaints.
? Strong knowledge of litigation process and experience in managing a high-volume case load.
? Experience in construction and premises liability is highly desirable.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
