Haley Voters for Harris (a PivotPAC campaign) is dedicated to giving voice to over 4 million voters and other supporters of Nikki Haley in a broad coalition to elect Kamala Harris for President.

Donald Trump has demonstrated a disregard for the principles that underpin our democracy, including the peaceful transfer of power and the rule of law. Nikki Haley supporters are a key voting bloc that will help decide the 2024 general election. Haley Voters for Harris will highlight positions of Vice-President Harris that fall within the mainstream or political center, thereby reducing policy barriers to voting for her.

Position

PivotPAC seeks to hire an Arizona State Campaign Director with initiative, strong communication, and cross-collaboration skills, to lead Haley Voters for Harris efforts in Arizona from September - November 2024.

The State Director will report to the Haley Voters for Harris Campaign Director and will be responsible for collaborating with the team to formulate and execute campaign strategy, participate in earned media opportunities, and fundraise. We seek a State Director with conservative political experience who values country over party.

Essential Functions
? Seek local and regional, and some national earned media opportunities to promote the mission and strategy of the organization.
? Oversee evidence-driven outreach campaign to communicate with conservative and center-right voters.
? Work collaboratively with PivotPAC and Haley Voters for Harris leadership and advisors on campaign strategy, to include message testing and deployment of voter outreach communications (texting, mailers, etc., subject to fundraising results).
? Fundraise to support the campaign?s operating budget through November.
? Execute campaign strategy within defined budget(s).
? Lead volunteer strategy and conduct some coordination of volunteers.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
? Experience and comfort with representing a political organization or campaign in online/print and broadcast media.
? Ability to plan strategically. This includes the ability to develop goals and metrics, and track progress toward achieving objectives.
? An understanding of electoral politics, including ethics and legal compliance.
? Experience fundraising.
? Willingness to take initiative while juggling priorities that may change. Multi-tasker with excellent time management skills.
? Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
? Willingness to travel.
? Experience working within Republican politics is preferred.

Expected Hours of Work

Full-time, 40+ hours per week.

Work Environment

The State Director will work primarily from home or an agreed-upon location in the state of Arizona. The State Director is expected to interact regularly with media professionals by email, social media, phone, and in-person. They are expected to be available to travel, as needed, for in-person events and meetings
