Job Description

As an Apple Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide world-class customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer solutions to ensure our customers have the best experience possible with our products and services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities
? Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, or email.
? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and more.
? Assist customers with product setup and configuration.
? Educate customers on Apple products and services.
? Document customer interactions and technical issues in our support system.
? Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
? Strong understanding of Apple products and services.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Previous customer service or technical support experience preferred.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
