As an At-Home Technical Support Engineer, you will handle a variety of tasks related to troubleshooting and resolving customers’ technical issues via phone, email, and chat. Your main goal will be to provide timely and accurate support while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will assist with issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other technical domains.

You will be expected to stay up-to-date with all of Apple? products and services, ensuring you provide knowledgeable and comprehensive support. The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism under pressure is crucial. **Responsibilities:**

1. Provide first-contact support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, email to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.

2. Document and track customer issues and resolutions.

3. Follow-up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.

4. Create and maintain FAQs and knowledge base articles.

5. Work with Apple hardware, software, and services to resolve technical issues.

6. Escalate problems that require more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal teams.

7. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

**Requirements:**

1. Thorough understanding of Apple products and services.

2. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

3. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

4. Superb customer service disposition with a professional demeanor.

5. Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.

6. High school diploma; further technical education or certification preferred.

7. Ability to work flexibly and responsively with a strong team spirit.

8. Proficiency in English; multilingual is a plus.

**Educational Qualifications:**

**Experience:**

Previous experience in a technical support role is required, preferably with direct customer interaction. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software is preferred.
