You?ll have the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of high school students by supporting them with your unique insights and experiences.

About us

Appa Health is on a mission to equip every teen with world-class mentorship and mental health skills. Our dynamic team of technologists, clinicians, and mentors works together to provide teens with a virtual mentor who can guide them using evidence-based techniques. All mentor-mentee interactions are conducted online, making it easy for you to participate from anywhere.

We are seeking near-peer... mentors who can identify with any of the following shared lived experiences:

If you?ve navigated any of these experiences and want to help teens facing similar challenges, we want to hear from you.

About the role

As a virtual mentor, your primary role is to provide support, accountability, and guidance to teens aged 13 - 18, helping them develop valuable life skills from people who ?get it.? All mentors receive comprehensive training in evidence-based support techniques to ensure you?re well-equipped to guide your mentees.
