? Effectively plan, distribute, and manage the deployment of operational support resources throughout the development lifecycle, across multiple development
? Manages downtime/fixes, incidents, and issues across the team
? Manages engineers and/or performance analysts in the local market team
? Tracks, reviews, and reports operational support costs throughout the development lifecycle
? Single point of contact for company/development groups or vendors requesting support to resolve issues
? Directs operational resources to resolve/prevent issues as Prevention includes ensuring adequate performance monitoring for critical applications
? Enforcement of manufacturing assurance practices
? Facilitates the use of technical expert skills to drive engineering designs/improvements
? Assists in quality assessments by supporting metric assessments for major changes
? Contributes to policy development and Procedures for manufacturing and service support functions
? Ensures adherence to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compliance process for handling incidents, problems, and changes.

Minimum Qualifications
? 2+ years of technical experience in a mainframe environment.
? Experience designing and implementing mainframe and distributed
? More than 2 years of experience in mainframe infrastructure, hardware, and operating systems.
? More than two years of problem, change, and incident queue tracking, capability compliance enforcement, root cause analysis, and change quality

Preferred Qualifications
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Previous experience in an operational or support role
