Job Description

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Clerk at American Express, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities
? Enter data into Amazon systems accurately and efficiently
? Respond to emails and phone calls
? Schedule meetings and manage calendars
? Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
? Organize managers? calendars
? Perform market research
? Create presentations as assigned

Requirements
? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
? Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
? Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
? Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
? Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
? Excellent time management skills
? Solid organizational skills

Educational Qualifications
? High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus

Experience
? Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
