Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Strategy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize our Amazon presence and drive sales growth. The Amazon Strategy Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to identify opportunities and execute initiatives that support our business goals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with a passion for eCommerce, a deep understanding of the Amazon platform, and experience in driving sales on Amazon.

Responsibilities:

? Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, improve product visibility and ranking, and enhance customer engagement on Amazon

? Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats on the Amazon platform

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that support our business goals on Amazon, including product launches, promotions, and campaigns

? Optimize product listings, search terms, and product attributes to improve search ranking, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

? Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and drive growth on Amazon

? Keep up-to-date with the latest Amazon policies, trends, and best practices and provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders

? Manage relationships with Amazon representatives and third-party service providers to ensure effective collaboration and execution of initiatives

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

? 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a focus on Amazon

? Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, policies, and best practices

? Experience in developing and executing successful Amazon sales and marketing strategies

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

? Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Location: Fully remote

Salary: $90-120k. The salary range for this position may vary based on factors including but not limited to location, skill set, years of experience, and industry-specific knowledge. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of these factors, along with internal equity and market conditions.
