Job Description:

As an Amazon Product Tester at American Express, you will be responsible for evaluating and providing feedback on a variety of products sold on Amazon. Your insights will help improve product quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost sales performance. You will receive products directly to your home, test them according to provided guidelines, and submit detailed reviews and feedback. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen sense of observation, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities:

? Receive and test a variety of products from Amazon sellers.

? Follow specific guidelines to evaluate each product.

? Provide detailed, honest, and constructive feedback on product performance, quality, and usability.

? Complete and submit review reports within the designated time frame.

? Communicate with the product testing team to clarify any queries or issues.

? Maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased products.

? Participate in training sessions as required to stay updated on testing protocols.

Requirements:

? Must be at least 18 years old.

? Reliable internet connection and a computer or smartphone.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
