Responsibilities

1. Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers’ homes and businesses.

2. Follow delivery instructions and navigate routes using GPS technology.

3. Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.

4. Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure it is well-maintained.

5. Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns.

6. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

7. Report any issues or delays to the dispatch team.
