Key Responsibilities: ? * Receive and Process Incoming Stock: Unload, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory. ? * Inventory Management: Organize and store inventory in the appropriate locations, ensuring that items are easily accessible and accounted for. ? * Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. ? * Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging to maintain high standards. ? * Operate Equipment: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. ? * Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. ? * Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. ? Required Skills and Qualifications: ? * High School Diploma or GED: Basic educational qualifications. ? * Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. ? * Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and moving heavy items, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks. ? * Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer operations. ? * Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. ? * Reliable and Punctual: Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical. ?
