Amazon Delivery Representative – Pennsylvania

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Amazon Delivery Representative to join our team in Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $15 – $17 per hour. Working hours are typically 8-hour shifts, with both morning and afternoon shifts available. Description

As an Amazon Delivery Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for driving a delivery van to drop off Amazon packages to customers within a designated area. Our delivery drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer? door on time. We offer full-time opportunities and a supportive team environment.

In this role, you will work independently, making decisions on the go to ensure efficient delivery routes and high customer satisfaction. You will use handheld technology to manage your delivery route and communicate with the central hub. Your day will start with loading your delivery van, followed by delivering packages to homes, businesses, and other locations. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old


• Valid driver’s license


• Ability to operate and navigate a delivery van


• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts


• Excellent communication skills


• Customer-focused mindset


• Ability to work 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vans


• Deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner


• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road


• Use handheld devices for routing information and customer delivery information


• Communicate with customers effectively and professionally


• Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints

Educational Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications in logistics or customer service are a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in delivery driving is preferred but not required


• Experience with customer service is advantageous
