Responsibilities
? Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.
? Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer?s complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
? Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
? Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
? Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
? Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction.
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
? Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
