Job Description

As a remote Amazon Customer Service Representative, you?ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through multiple channels?including phone, email, and chat. Your role is to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for every customer.

Requirements

Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

2. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer?s complaint.

3. Determine the cause of the problem and select the best solution.

4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

5. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

6. Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.

7. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Educational Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

2. Bachelor?s degree in a related field preferred but not required.

Experience

1. Previous customer service experience preferred.

2. Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
