Responsibilities

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

2. Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

3. Manage customer accounts, including processing orders and returns.

4. Provide detailed information about products and services.

5. Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.

6. Assist customers with technical issues, guiding them step-by-step through troubleshooting.

7. Record and manage detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

Educational Qualifications
