We are looking for a high caliber, entrepreneurial Content Program Manager to join our Buy with Prime content team on a project with strategic significance and high exposure. This creative marketing role will drive visual, high-value storytelling content, helping us to bring our brand to life through more audio, video and other rich media formats. They will be responsible for supporting some of our education programs, sales initiatives and collaborating with our content producer on video initiatives. This person can be a one-stop creative shop from idea to publication, or drive integrated creative campaigns through an agency. They have an eye for a great story and have storied, creative marketing background.

As a Content Program Manager this role is part traditional producer, and part program manager, collaborating across various marketing functions on projects that raise the bar on our customer's experience and help us do more with less. A successful candidate has a growth mindset and does not need much oversight, with exceptional stakeholder and project management skills needed to balance competing priorities and deadlines.

Key job responsibilities
? Drive content development for educational content program, with experience developing webinars to how-to videos.
? Develop business stories and sales collateral where higher-value creative and production support is needed.
? Independently produce high-value media content from concept to final deliverables with limited oversight.
? Act as key point of contact for video and interactive design projects, working closely with design leads, marketers and other stakeholders to drive clarity on requirements and meet timelines.
? Partner and manage production agencies on video and interactive projects, as well as other projects. This includes managing shoots (video and photo), post-production, animation, digital, print and experiential production.
? Support quick-turn shoots with experience script writing, directing talent, and/or line producing to create content for social and engagement initiatives.
? Produce stories and content, from concept to final deliverable, solo or as a part of a team.
? Convey a creative approach to storytelling.
? Executing against a content strategy and delivering results.
? Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
? Available portfolio of visual storytelling on a variety of platforms.
? Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or Communication) or equivalent experience.
? 5+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Creative roles producing digital content with product, content, print, video/motion, social and advertising.
? Experience with the sales cycle and creating content to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
? Experience leading projects in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team including designers, art directors, writers, product managers, and marketers.
? Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The pay range for this position in Jersey City is $120,500 - $163,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Pay Transparency Regulation of Jersey City Municipal Code. Base pay information is based on market location.
