What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Serve as the primary advocate for clients within the employer and act as a trusted advisor
? Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite executives to align solutions with client priorities
? Conduct operational reviews, track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful reports
? Identify additional revenue opportunities while monitoring accounts receivable efforts
? Facilitate collaborations between client and employer teams to align goals and strategic initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree
? 0-10+ years of relevant work experience in client account management
? Strong understanding of healthcare industry practices and technical knowledge of healthcare software systems
? Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
? Flexible and adaptable, with experience managing diverse client situations

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 0-7+ years of healthcare client account management experience
? Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
? Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and practices
? Strategic thinking and initiative in driving client health awareness and management
? Analytical proficiency to support complex discussions and problem resolution
