Job Description


As an Airline Cabin Attendant at Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our passengers during their flight experience. You will play a key role in upholding Delta’s commitment to exceptional service, fostering a welcoming environment, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.


Requirements


– Must be at least 18 years of age


– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred


– Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus


– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations


– Strong interpersonal and communication skills


– Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist passengers with carry-on luggage


Responsibilities


– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure emergency equipment is in working order


– Welcome passengers aboard and provide instructions for safety protocols


– Serve food and beverages and attend to passenger needs throughout the flight


– Respond to in-flight emergencies and provide first aid as necessary


– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin during and after flights


– Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight experience
