Agent Services Representative - Remote | WFH
As an Agent Services Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our team of agents to ensure they have the tools and assistance needed to thrive. From resolving inquiries to coordinating with various departments, your focus will be on delivering exceptional support and maintaining positive agent relationships.
Key Responsibilities...
Agent Support:
Respond promptly to agent inquiries via phone, email, and chat with detailed and friendly assistance.
Provide guidance on products, services, and procedures, ensuring agents are well-informed.
Issue Resolution
Identify and efficiently resolve agent concerns, escalating complex issues when needed.
Follow up to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
Training And Development
Conduct training sessions to onboard new agents and provide ongoing support.
Develop training materials and resources to empower our team.
Coordination And Communication
Act as a liaison between agents and various departments, ensuring smooth operations.
Keep agents updated on policy changes and new procedures with clear communication.
Documentation And Reporting
Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues, preparing regular reports for insights and improvements.
Identify trends and suggest enhancements to optimize agent support.
Customer Service Excellence
Uphold high standards of customer service in all interactions, fostering positive relationships with agents.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in customer service or support roles, ideally in insurance, real estate, or financial services.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Working Conditions
Flexible environment, with potential for remote work based on company policy.
Full-time position with occasional overtime as business needs require.
Minimal travel may be needed for training or meetings.
