What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide administrative support to executives, managing calendars and prioritizing tasks
? Serve as a point of contact for the department, answering inquiries and directing requests
? Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and departmental activities
? Execute complex administrative projects, including budget tracking and report creation
? Schedule domestic and international travel for executives, addressing all travel logistics
