We?re currently looking for an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance who will work with producers and carriers to provide exceptional service to our clients.

What?s the work like?

You will...
? assist producer in development of service plan for key accounts
? manage renewal process according to agency procedures
? complete servicing of accounts, including but not limited to issuing certificates and auto ID cards, processing endorsements, audits, binders, and maintaining current status on all account activities
? promptly invoice policies and other premium-bearing items
? review policies upon receipt
? promptly respond to customers? questions and/or requests for assistance
? review client contracts and make recommendations to producer, client and/or carriers if it is necessary to modify existing coverage in order to comply with contract provisions
? communicate all necessary information to producers, clients, carriers and any other agency team members servicing the account.

What do I need to know?

You have to have?
? a valid driver?s license
? a high school diploma or equivalent
? a Property and Casualty Agent?s license
? 3 or more years Property/Casualty Commercial insurance experience
? strong time management and organizational skills
? strong verbal and written communication skills
