What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Monitor and manage service queues for Account Executives (AEs) to ensure timely support
• Participate in sales planning and customer interaction to drive profitable growth
• Produce and analyze customer-specific reports to maximize product utilization and improve service levels
• Prepare Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and track follow-up actions to enhance customer relations
• Identify at-risk customers and collaborate with AEs to implement retention strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of three (3) years in a sales, sales support, or sales analysis role
• Strong experience with analytics and presentation preparation
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in food service or distribution industry
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Previous experience with customer relationship management systems
