As a Customer Care Associate, you will act as the face of the company and work directly with our customers to ensure all of their questions are answered in a comprehensive and timely manner. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an enthusiastic, well-spoken ambassador that genuinely looks out for the interests of our customers. The Job Key Responsibilities: ? - Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, live chat and phone calls ? - Work with the customer care team to identify bugs and escalate appropriately ? - Pass along customer feedback to internal teams ? - Assist with side projects as needed

? - Strong verbal and written communication skills
? - A self-starter with problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and business judgment
? - Ability to learn and apply product knowledge to interactions with customers
? - Skilled in time management and multitasking with attention to detail
? - An innate desire to help people

Qualifications
? - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
? - Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRMs a plus
? - English: Fluent
