### Key Responsibilities:

  • **Product Knowledge:** Gain a thorough understanding of Best Buy?s products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • **Problem Solving:** Employ critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, payment, delivery, returns, and product functionality, ensuring a swift resolution.
  • **Feedback Management:** Gather customer feedback and insights regarding products and services, and work collaboratively with relevant teams to convey suggestions for improvement.
  • **Customer Education:** Assist customers in navigating the Best Buy website, providing guidance on product features, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and support roles to share knowledge, insights, and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates while consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to further develop product knowledge, customer care skills, and stay updated on Best Buy services and operations.
  • **Data Entry and Management:** Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions, ensuring proper tracking and reporting of issues and feedback.

### Requirements:

  • **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, with a strong emphasis on online interaction and support.
  • **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
