What?s unique about this role?

The Director of Information Protection Practice will lead the design, customization, and implementation of M365 Purview Information Protection solutions at Lighthouse clients. This role involves managing a team of consultants and analysts to deliver high-quality solutions across various clients and industries. The Director will also drive the creation and enhancement of service offerings related to Copilot for M365 and Copilot for Security.

What will this person do?
? Lead the Information Protection Practice, providing strategic direction and vision to build and expand the practice, with a specific focus on Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Copilot for Security offerings
? Drive the creation and enhancement of service offerings related to Copilot for M365 and Copilot for Security, ensuring they meet market demands and client needs
? Manage and mentor a team of senior consultants, project managers, analysts, and other professionals within the Information Governance Consulting team.
? Oversee client engagements related to M365 Purview Information Protection, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them in leveraging their investments in the Microsoft Purview suite of solutions.
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive the growth and success of the Information Protection Practice.
? Provide support for pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, and solution design.
? Lead strategic discussions and contribute to the development of new offerings and capabilities within the Information Governance practice.
? Create detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and configuration guides.
? Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations.
? Collaborate with sales and channel on pre-sales activities, including conducting presentations and collaborating on the preparation of marketing and sales materials

? Minimum of 15 years of professional experience designing and implementing security and/or compliance solutions for M365, including Microsoft 365 Defender, Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud Application Security, sensitivity labels, data classification, insider risk management
? Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, related field or comparable job experience
? Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
? Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
? Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
? Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate
? Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
? Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
? Extensive experience in information security, information governance, data loss prevention, data classification and labeling, retention/deletion, legal hold processes, eDiscovery and matter management, data privacy, identity and access management, identity governance, app protection, and cloud architecture.
? Proven ability to master new and emerging technologies such as Generative AI
? Experience working with enterprise clients to implement programs for information protection, insider risk management, and data loss prevention.
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview and PowerShell is desirable.
? Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and logical skills.
? Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and deal with difficult situations successfully.
? Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
? Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload.
? Ability to foster positive and professional relationships at all levels internally and externally.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
? Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
? Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
? Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

The expected pay for this role will range from $142,887 to $204,125 per year. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
