What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Manage the operational programs and oversee third-party providers for corporate travel and corporate card programs
? Lead a cross-functional team to support the programs and implement value-added enhancements
? Provide excellent customer service and solutions for travel and card program requests
? Analyze travel and card spend, implement cost-saving measures, and report results to management
? Guide and support staff to enhance their skills and assist with finance internship and development programs

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Expertise in corporate travel, corporate card, and/or finance related to the insurance industry
? Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities
? Ability to lead and influence change across the enterprise and with external parties
? Strong initiative and capacity to manage ambiguity while meeting deadlines
? Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Proven people leadership experience
? Familiarity with industry tools and processes, including expense management and vendor experience
? Experience in enterprise-wide program development and resolving escalations from business leaders
