What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Read and accurately input data from customer and shipping orders, deciphering difficult handwriting as needed
? Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system
? Verify the accuracy of entered data and report any errors or anomalies to your supervisor
? Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform administrative duties such as filing and copying
? Spend approximately five hours daily on data entry and three hours on administrative tasks

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
? Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
? Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
? Patience and attention to detail for repetitive work
? Ability to keep accurate and updated logs of ongoing work

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (as about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
? 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
? Social perceptiveness and service orientation
